William Vinsko is retiring from Medico Industries after forty-one (41) years of service to that company with sixteen (16) years as a salesman on the
road and twenty-five years (25) as a sales manager. He completed many sales schools, and product and management courses including P&H, Case,
Wacker, AED, ARA, and others.
Bill is a life-long resident of the Wyoming Valley, was educated in Exeter Borough public school system, received his Bachelor of Arts degree
from King's College, and his Master's degree at the University of Scranton. He taught school for four (4) years at St. Mary's High School,
Wilkes-Barre, and after a consolidation, he was on the first faculty of Bishop Hoban High School in Wilkes-Barre where he served as the
first golf coach.
Bill has always been active in his community and his church. He chaired fund-raisers for St. Nicholas Elementary School, Bishop Hoban High
School, and King's College. He served on the Wilkes-Barre City Planning Commission for fifteen (15) years, the Social Studies Advisory Committee
for the Wilkes-Barre Area School District, and was president of the Riverside Park Residents' Association.
Active in the fraternal order of the Elks, he served as Exalted Ruler, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for twelve (12) years, and he chaired
the scholarship committee for over thirty (30) years.
Bill was active in Democratic politics and chaired campaigns in Wilkes-Barre.
He is married to Mercedes Joan Vinsko for forty (40) years, and they enjoy spending time with their family, Attorney William Vinsko Jr, his wife,
Paula, and grandchildren, Mercedes, William III, and Margaret Marie; Attorney Brian Vinsko and his wife, Heather.
Vinsko stated, "I have had a long and successful career and have made many friends in this business. I thank Tom Medico and the Medico family for

thanks to my customers, many of whom have become good friends."
Philip Medico will be entering the position of Sales Manager for Medico Industries, Inc. Philip has been with Medico for the past 17 years, the
first 4 managing their Pocono Branch, and the following 13 years in heavy equipment sales. Philip is the son of President and CEO Thomas Medico
and is the third generation of family at Medico Industries. He was raised working in the business taking part in each facet of the construction
equipment business during his high school and college years including steam cleaning and servicing machines, working in the parts department, and
selling service preventative maintenance contracts. Today, Philip is respected in the industry for his product knowledge and coupled with his
financial expertise he has been able to grow his sales and market share in each territory he has been assigned. He values the friendships he has
made with his customers. Within the company he is respected for having earned his success through hard work and dedication to his customers.
Philip was raised in Swoyersville, PA and educated at Wyoming Seminary, graduated high school from Scranton Preparatory School, where he received
the Cavalier award for golf, received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Scranton in 1991 and was awarded a full Graduate
Fellowship toward his Master's Degree in Biochemistry. After his Fellowship, Philip was offered a number of positions in the medical and pharmaceutical
field and chose to grow with Fisher Scientific taking a position in sales in the Philadelphia area. Starting with over 400 accounts, Philip quickly
rose within the Fisher sales team being promoted into their corporate accounts group. There he negotiated large contracts with buying consortiums
he helped to create in the Philadelphia market and gained invaluable business experience with a global company.
Philip was invited to manage the Pocono Branch for Medico in 1996 and quickly grew sales numbers in service and parts as well as assisting the sales
team. In 2000 Philip was asked by sales manager Bill Vinsko to help in a sales territory that was not reaching its potential and quickly grew that
to the company's highest producing territory. Philip has also assisted management on interdepartmental teams to help grow the parts, rental and
service business for Medico. Philip is known for utilizing technology to drive his business efficiently, but understands that customer contact
and building relationships is the foundation of Medico Industries.
Philip is an active member in The National Utilities Contractors Association, receiving the Philadelphia Chapter Associate of the Year Award in 2012.
He serves on the Board of Ambassadors for the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute. He also serves on the Board of the Lackawanna County Association
for the Blind. He currently serves on the Board of the Abington Little League, assists with the board of the Abington Junior Comets, and coaches
baseball, football, and basketball. Philip resides in Clarks Summit for the past 17 years with his wife Renee, and their three boys Santino (13),
Luciano (11), and Marcello (8).
Philip is honored to be chosen by the board of directors at Medico for this position. He is grateful for the training, guidance and friendship of his
mentor and manager Bill Vinsko. He hopes to carry on the high level of professionalism and dedication to their customers that Bill Vinsko demonstrated
for 25 years as sales manager. He is eager for the opportunity to work even closer with his father Tom as they grow their business with the entire team
at Medico, strengthening their relationships with their customers.

The PA Energy Games was an all day festival to celebrate and educate attendees on all of the home grown energy from our state. We hosted the afternoons main attraction, a Heavy Equipment Rodeo, which had skilled operators compete in timed challenges and the top 3 teams and operators won prizes!
